Brush on your sunscreen with this Friday’s favorite beauty product of the week; no mess, no fuss, no greasy feel, and perfect for travel.
TGIF hair and beauty lovers! Welcome to my favorite beauty product selection of the week. Every Friday I choose a product to tout that I love for various reasons. As the weather warms, (barely) it is time for outdoor activities and sunscreen. I recently sampled sunscreen that brushes on for a hair and beauty piece I wrote on Coachella 2014. This Friday’s favorite beauty product design was intriguing, as was the matte feel of the sunscreen. It is a contractible brush in a tube, which dispenses mineral sunscreen, called BrushonBlock by Susan Posnick. The sunscreen’s powder form dabs up oil for a non-greasy application.
The sunscreen is “effortless on-the-go sun protection” to get you through loads of outdoor activities without getting sunburn. The Brush On Block is comprised of natural minerals that lie on the skin and reflect the sun’s harmful UV rays without clogging pores. The sunscreen is non-irritating, sweat and water resistant built in a self-dispensing brush for easy travel and storage and swifter application, perfect to carry freely in a pocket or small purse as you delight in the warmth of spring and summer.
Come back next Friday when I select another hair, nail, beauty or skin care product, like this week’s BrushonBlock sunscreen, as my favorite. And don’t forget Tuesday is “How-to” day and Wednesday answer’s readers’ questions. If you’d like to see something featured, please email me at DeirdreAHaggerty@gmail.com.
