Eyebrow Help: Fill Eyebrows Easily with Simple Beauty Tip

Need eyebrow help? Are your eyebrows thin or light, but you don’t want to draw them on for that popular artificial look? Fill your eyebrows easily with a simple beauty tip in Wednesday’s beauty Q&A.

Whoop, Whoop! Happy Hump Day beautiful readers and welcome to another Ask the Pro Stylist Q&A! Before I get to Melinda’s question, I have a query for my followers? Are you DONE with these frigid temps? Who wants warm weather already?

This Wednesday I answer Melinda, who has issues with the current beauty trend of drawn in artificial looking eyebrows and needs some eyebrow help.

My eyebrows are light, but I don’t want to dye them or draw them in every day. What can I use to fill them in so they look natural and not like a clown?

Thanks for your time.

Melinda.

Thanks for writing in Melinda. I totally understand your dilemma. If I am not staring at someone’s regrowth, then I am eyeballing their penciled in eyebrows, especially if they look artificial.

I too suffer from light colored, thin eyebrows. I have two tricks to help you in your search for eyebrow help.

As a makeup artist drew me some fabulous eyebrows, she gave me a beauty tip that I have found useful. She first colored my eyebrows with tinted brow gel, and then filled them in. However, in your case, you can simply use a tinted brow gel to add a touch of color without penciling in eyebrows, such as the Tinted Brow Gel by Anastasia Beverly Hills, available at Sephora, which comes in seven shades from blonde to auburn and everything in between.

If your hand is slightly steadier, you can try what I do everyday when I am not in full war paint. One of my favorite pieces of makeup is Nuance Salma Hayek Flawless Mineral Cheek Trio. I use it to contour, shade and fill in my eyebrows and seal my eyeliner.

To use as eyebrow help, I get a small, angled makeup brush and dust on the bronzer lightly over my existing eyebrows to lightly give them color and then I use clear brow gel or mascara to seal. I also use a small amount of the bronzer over my eyeliner to help it stay all day and into the night.

And voila, naturally shaded eyebrows without the lines, perfect for daytime.
