Foundation Primer For Aging Skin: This Friday’s Favorite
This Friday’s Favorite is foundation primer for aging skin. In addition, find out why priming might be necessary for you in this week’s beauty review.
TGIF gorgeous. Since it is Friday, it’s time for another beauty review with Ask the Pro Stylist. This week we discuss Foundation Primer – Radiance, which is ideal for aging skin.
This Friday’s favorite beauty product of the week comes from a brand I adore, Laura Mercier. It arrived as a sample with an order of Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer. It is my every day, go-to makeup.
Approaching the big 50 has me searching for the Fountain of Youth. It also brings a certain amount of skin issues I have never experienced. For instance, although I have always had oily skin, most recently my makeup just doesn’t want to stay on.
While my eye makeup always smeared, my foundation has not been an issue. Until now.
So, I sampled Laura Mercier’s Foundation Primer – Radiance. As a result, my skin glows and my foundation stays put.
The foundation primer best suits light to medium skin tones. The pearl tint adds radiances and tones down the look of pores, fine lines and redness. As a result, skin appears younger. In addition, coverage is sheer and lightweight. I highly recommend.
So, should you prime? That all depends on your skin issues. If you notice a change in makeup endurance, then the answer is yes. However, if you find your makeup lasts all day, then it most likely isn’t necessary.
