Healthy Skin Guide, the Celebrity Way

In this Tuesday’s healthy skin guide, we take guidance from one of the most beautiful celebrities, Olivia Culpo. The former Miss USA credits her clear skin to a favorite brand of this beauty blogger, which has been frequently written about here.

Happy Tuesday beautiful, and welcome to Ask the Pro Stylist’s how-to of the week, a healthy skin guide the celebrity way! Healthy skin starts with plenty of water and of course good nutrition, however as 23-year-old Olivia Culpo is aware, great skincare products are also necessary.

Tim Tebow’s ex recently divulged her healthy skin guide to Byrdie. In The Skincare Routine That Cleared My Acne (and more), Olivia Culpo and her esthetician Leslie Kritzer detailed the celebrity’s regimen using two of Osmosis Skincare’s products.

For clear, healthy-looking skin that is blemish free Olivia Culpo recommends the following beauty products.

Osmosis Skincare’s Clarify Vitamin A Blemish Serum: This blemish serum clears acne, normalizes oil production, shrinks pores, increases skin’s immune support, hydrates, calms inflammation, protects skin from UV rays, restores the epidermal barrier, and reestablishes dermal thickness. It is powerful and effective without drying the skin or causing irritation. To use, spot-treat acne lesions daily for 4-8 weeks; then add 1-2 pumps to daily regimen morning and evening.

Osmosis Skincare’s Skin Perfection Harmonized Water: This liquid dietary supplement is ingested twice daily for skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis and rosacea. Olivia takes five pumps mixed with water in the morning and at night. It can help clear blemishes, aid in rosacea recovery, balance skin inflammation and provide an eczema and psoriasis detox.

Additional celebrity fans of Osmosis Skincare include Kate Upton, Karolina Kurkova, Teri Hatcher and Marcia Cross. Tune in next Tuesday for another beauty how-to, similar to this week’s healthy skin guide. Until then, happy styling!
