Iconic Hair Care For All Hair Types

The Iconic hair care brand, Madam C.J. Walker has been making waves and smoothing hair since its launch in Sephora this past March. But what you might not be aware of this Friday’s favorite beauty product of the week is the fact that the hair care has been serving specific texture needs for over a century.

TGIF beautiful, and welcome to Ask the Pro Stylist’s favorite beauty product of the week. I am not going to deluge this Friday’s column with the specific details of the Madam C.J. Walker Sephora launch that occurred this past March, which included four collections and 25 products for specific texture needs. Nor will I give a background about the iconic hair care brand that made history for the first female, self-made millionaire. This could all be viewed in the current hair care review I recently published for Examiner.com.

What I will discuss is the products I sampled from the iconic hair care brand included in the Brassica Seed & Shea Oils Collection: Silkening Shampoo, Silkening Conditioner, Silkening Leave-in Conditioner, Silkening Blow Out Crème, Shine & Hold Spray and Brassica Seed Oil. I love the way my hair feels after using the products. I love the shine, the ease and hold of the blowout, and the fragrance. To me, the collection smells like cotton candy.

Now you may be wondering why a Caucasian woman is using the iconic hair care brand that has been recognized for ethnic hair. All of the products within the line are aimed to manage most hair types. My hair is medium wavy, and I found the Brassca Seed & Shea Oils Collection gives me great control when I want to wear it straight. The iconic hair care brand doesn’t discriminate.

Visit me next Friday to see which product is my favorite of the week, similar to today’s iconic hair care from Madam C.J. walker. Until then, happy styling!
