Some women aren’t thrilled with their summer hair color after six weeks or more of sun fun. Whether it is vacations, outings with the kids, beach days or pool frolics, the hair takes a beating in the warm weather, and in turn, the color fades.

When the weather cools down, then it is time for richer hues, and slightly darker shades.
Keep your summer hair color simple and opt for something along the lines of balayage that doesn’t require much maintenance. Stick to neutral base tones that won’t fade or turn brassy, and stay tuned for my fabulous fall hair color preview coming soon.
