Thanksgiving Recipes: Sean’s Cranberry Sauce

Yes, Thanksgiving recipes have nothing to do with hair. However, Sean’s Cranberry Sauce has everything to do with beauty and love, because my son and I make it together every Thanksgiving. It is delicious, and uber easy to cook, and I wanted to share it with my readers.

Hello gorgeous! Thanks for visiting Ask the Pro Stylist’s Tuesday Tutorial. I hope you come back to visit my other weekday columns: Hair Police, Wednesday’s Q&A, and Friday’s Favorite. While I usually cover a hair, nails or makeup how-to today, I decided to delve into one of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes, Sean’s Cranberry Sauce.

Now that the Black Friday ads are overflowing on the Internet, and holiday shopping plans of attack have been plotted, putting together menus are next on the list. This Thanksgiving recipe is a great way to introduce children into the kitchen for holiday preparation and include the entire family.

I never liked cranberry sauce, maybe because mom always used the can of jelly, and it was always “accidentally” left in the cabinet. Then my Kindergartner, now 9, made cranberry sauce in school, and I loved it. I changed the recipe slightly, and it has been a tradition for four years now.
