While youthful, this ponytail is viable for any age. Celebrity stylist Laurie Heaps shares her guide for the Disney Channel star’s latest look as follows.

• For the velvet pony hairstyle, similar to Girl Meets World actress Rowan Blanchard, begin with applying a small amount of Bumble & Bumble Thickening Creme Contour to dry hair. As a result the hair care will eliminate frizz and add shine.
• Next, flat iron the hair with the CHI Flat Iron, leaving some fullness in the root area.
• Then, part the hair in the middle and smooth into a low ponytail, securing with an elastic band.
• Finally, wrap the pony with velvet about 3/4 the way down, tie in a knot and cut ribbon.
• Says Heaps, “I found this style of ribbon from a Joanne’s Fabric Store and any craft store will have it.”
• **Additionally, for the pending holidays use gold, red, silver, blue or green velvet.**
• Finish off the look, by gently pulling out baby hair around the hairline.
